YOUR TEACHER
Rachel Streeter is a Therapeutic Counsellor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Shamanic Healing Practitioner, Empowerment Coach, Teacher, Voice Healing Practitioner, and Musician with over 20 years of professional experience.
She has dedicated her career to guiding individuals and groups through deep healing, personal empowerment, and transformational learning experiences.
As a teacher of many training programs and retreats, I have come to understand that the difference is rarely the modality itself, but the person holding the space, as well as the support and guidance given after the courses has ended.
I have had the privilege of facilitating both small and large groups for many years and have also spent countless hours on the receiving end of workshops and trainings myself. What has become increasingly evident and something that genuinely concerns me is how often students learn a modality and then are expected to step into a facilitator role and hold profound space without ever being taught how.
Holding sacred space is a great responsibility. It requires presence, integrity, compassion and skill. It means understanding group dynamics, recognising contraindications and potential risks, knowing how to respond when emotions arise, and using language that helps people feel safe, respected and genuinely heard.
This is why I've created the Sacred Spaces Facilitation Training.
THE TRAINING PROGAM
Over one transformational weekend, I'll share the knowledge, practical tools and lived experience I've gathered throughout my career.
Together we will work with your chosen modality and expand on your talents while exploring ethical and safe practice, we will understand how to manage challenging group dynamics, work with somatic practices including sound and movement, and create experiences that help shift blocks with care and intention.
You'll learn how to balance intuitive practice with structured intention in order to hold the space effectively.
You will have the opportunity to expand your creative toolkit and develop the confidence to provide flexible facilitation depending on the energy of your groups.
You will learn how to write powerful and safe meditation scripts that really work to embed healthy and life changing suggestions so your participants can finally move forward in their healing journey.
You will break through your own personal blocks, fear barriers and imposter syndromes so you can step into the role of Sacred Space holder with confidence, grace and competence.
You will explore the practical foundations of building a successful facilitation business from choosing the right venues to planning sustainable offerings that allow your work to flourish.

THE TRAINING VENUE
When I envisioned this training, I knew that the venue had to be so much more than just a place to gather, it needed to embody the very essence and standard of what and how I teach.
The space we learn in matters. It shapes our nervous system, influences our ability to be present, and sets the foundation for deep transformation.
That's why I've chosen to host this Sacred Spaces Facilitation Training in a stunning luxury mansion, a venue that reflects the level of excellence, care, and intention I bring to every workshop and training I offer.
As holistic facilitators, we are invited to create environments where people feel safe, supported, and deeply held. That space could be a yurt, a pavilion, a barn, or even a field or meadow. With intention, care, and the right preparation, almost any setting can be transformed into a nurturing environment that supports connection, healing, and growth.
Ultimately, it's not the venue itself that creates the experience, it's the presence, intention, and quality of space held by the facilitator. When you have the tools to cultivate a balanced, welcoming, and energetically aligned environment, your participants can relax, open, and fully embrace their own healing and personal growth.
Throughout this weekend, you'll be immersed in an atmosphere of comfort, beauty, and spaciousness, allowing you to fully relax, absorb the teachings, and embody what it truly feels like to be held in impeccable space.
INVESTING IN YOU
This weekend is more than professional training; it's an investment in yourself and your future abundance. Choosing to learn in a luxurious environment is a reminder that personal growth doesn't have to come through sacrifice or discomfort.
You can expand your skills, elevate your career, and honour yourself with an experience that feels nourishing from beginning to end.
Rather than simply attending a course, you're giving yourself the gift of a beautiful luxury retreat. It's an opportunity to step away from everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and immerse yourself in an experience that supports your wellbeing while you learn the art of holding transformational spaces for others.
FOOD
To further enrich your experience, every meal throughout the weekend will be lovingly prepared by our exceptional five-star in-house chef who will ensure you'll be nourished with vibrant, gourmet vegan cuisine designed not only to delight your senses but to support clarity, energy, and presence.
When our bodies are deeply nourished, our minds become more receptive, our hearts more open, and our capacity to integrate new learning expands.
Every element of this weekend has been chosen with intention, from the surroundings and accommodation to the food, the teaching, and the experience itself.
Because learning how to hold impeccable space begins with experiencing what it feels like to be held in one.

History of Westwood house:
Westwood House (also known as the Westwood Centre) is a grand Victorian building and deeply tied to the rapid 19th-century expansion of Hastings as a popular seaside resort.

The Cornwallis Estate Development: In 1873, the highly prominent local building firm John Howell & Son won a massive contract for the large-scale development of the Cornwallis Estate. This project established Cambridge Gardens, Cornwallis Gardens, and Holmesdale Gardens.
-
Priory Mount: Upon developing the area, the firm's founder, John Howell Senior, constructed this grand Victorian home as his own primary residence. He named the property Priory Mount and lived there from at least 1881 until 1893.
Evolution into an Educational and Care Facility:
Over the 20th and 21st centuries, the mansion transitioned from a private family residence into various community-focused spaces:
-
The Westwood Centre: Renamed Westwood House or The Westwood Centre, the site eventually served as an educational hub for young people, acting as a language college campus and an international student residential facility.

Student Guardianship: It has operated as a secure residential base for international students under organizations like St. George's Guardians, offering short-term care and accommodation during school half-terms.
