Kelly has been running her beautiful crystal shop called Gifts from Gaia for nearly ten years and has a world of knowledge about the healing qualities of crystals and stones. Soon she will be sharing her knowledge of how we can work with crystals for healing and protection.

Rachel was a guest on Paula Mary's SPIRITUAL SURGERY PODCAST show to discuss how and why Rachel transitioned from being a therapeutic counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist to a shamanic practitioner. Rachel's journey is not for the faint hearted as she describes what challenges laid in her way including past trauma and years of PTSD.

Rachel now openly states how grateful she is for those experiences, as they ultimately led her to a place of great wisdom, balance and empowerment, and she can now use those gifts to support others.
