Natasha Nandini
Yoga teacher, Author, host of 'Not Just Yoga' podcast & Musician

Rachel was invited as a guest on Natasha Nandini’s podcast to talk about the power and healing qualities of fire walking.

Natasha has been teaching yoga for many years in the UK and internationally, and her practice also led her to study Hindi, Sanskrit, and many other Indian art forms which she has well refined and embodied today. I loved our morning together discussing how empowering activities such as fire walking, glass walking and breaking an arrow from your throat can inspire resilience, release blocks and change self limiting beliefs, all the things I love to encourage and support for my own shamanic students.

Natasha felt called to do the glass walk and arrow break when we were together.

Rachel's journey is not for the faint hearted as she describes what challenges laid in her way including past trauma and years of PTSD.

Rachel now openly states how grateful she is for those experiences, as they ultimately led her to a place of great wisdom, balance and empowerment, and she can now use those gifts to support others.
