The Summer Solstice marks the longest day and the shortest night of the year. Spiritually, it is a powerful moment of illumination and a time when the sun reaches its peak strength and invites us to step fully into our own light and power.

At Sacred Stones, we invite participants to celebrate with us in a stunning location of East Sussex, held in a beautiful large barn set in idyllic woodland. You will enjoy powerful ceremonies, deep healing, empowerment, connection with the land, and shared community with likeminded people.

We will honour both release and renewal, offering back to the Earth what we no longer need and welcoming in healthy, life-affirming energies, intentions, and visions for the months ahead.

Shamanic drum circles

We take part in the time honoured tradition of shamanic drumming and medicine songs by connecting with the heartbeat of mother earth and being guided by this ancient medicine tool for self-reflection and personal growth. As we drum, we enter a state of deep relaxation and open ourselves up to insights and revelations from our inner selves and ancestral roots.

Empowerment activities

We enjoy empowering activities such as glass walking, fire walking and arrow breaking in order to break down barriers and self limiting beliefs, allowing participants to fully step into a more powerful and grounded place. (These activities are led and supervised by our fully qualified and ensured empowerment coach).

Sound healing

We offer sound healing activities through a combination of crystal bowls and voice healing circles to invite the nervous system to balance and shift any stagnant or blocked energy in the pain body and bringing the whole body into a deep and centred place.

Meditation & shamanic journeying

We offer guided meditation and shamanic journeying as a deeply restorative practice that helps to quiet the mind chatter and tap into your inner wisdom. While guided meditation focuses on calming the nervous system through mindfulness and relaxation, shamanic journeying uses active visualization and rhythmic beats to access profound spiritual insights and subconscious healing.

Fire ceremonies

Shamanic fire ceremonies provide a rapid, powerful vehicle for spiritual transformation by using the element of fire to instantly consume and transmute dense, unwanted energies into light. In shamanic traditions, fire is recognized as the fastest tool for energetic clearing. It allows individuals to bypass the analytical mind and release heavy burdens directly at the soul level.

Vegan feasting

We always love to nourish our event participants bodies as well as their souls and we do this by employing Michelin star chef's to feed everyone with the highest standard of delicious feasts on the day, so you can leave your packed lunches at home for this event. (All intolerances and allergies catered for)
